At MJ Travel NorthWest, we prioritize clear communication and transparency. Upon completing our booking form, you will receive a professional booking confirmation or invoice as needed. The day before your scheduled trip, we will send you detailed information about your assigned driver to ensure a stress-free journey. Your driver will also reach out to introduce themselves and notify you 30 minutes before the agreed-upon pick-up time, ensuring a seamless start to your trip.
